1. The Local Guys Services Pty Ltd and its Franchisees strive to provide a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact The Local Guys Services Pty Ltd customer service team within 24 hours of the service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and ensure that your cleaning needs are met to your expectations. Your feedback is valuable to us as we continuously aim to improve and deliver exceptional cleaning services.

2. Customer Responsibilities

The customer acknowledges that any pets or animals on the property will be secured or kept away from the service area during the service appointment to ensure the safety of both the Franchisee and the animals. In the event of any unexpected changes or circumstances that may impact the scheduled service, the customer agrees to communicate promptly with the Franchisee to make necessary adjustments or reschedule as needed. The customer understands that a cooperative and respectful working relationship between both parties is essential to ensure a successful service experience.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices will be provided upon completion of the service, detailing the cost breakdown. For direct deposit payments, the necessary bank account information will be provided upon request. Please note that all payments are due immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise arranged in advance. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with high-quality service.

4. Late Payment Fee

In the event that payment is not received within the specified 7-day period, the late payment fee will be added to the outstanding balance and will continue to accrue daily until the payment is made in full. It is important for the customer to adhere to the agreed-upon payment terms to avoid incurring additional charges and to maintain a positive business relationship. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

5. GST

Tax Invoices are available for all services carried out by The Local Guys Services Pty Ltd Franchisees.
