All of our cleaners have their own equipment. So the choice is yours. We can either use your equipment or we can bring ours, whichever you prefer.
We use a variety of disinfectants and sanitisers to kill germs and bacteria. These are designed to be used on frequently touched surfaces such as countertops, door handles, light switches and other areas. Often people like us to use their cleaning chemicals so they know what is being used on their surfaces. We do have our own chemicals also that we can use if you prefer.
We ask that you check with the cleaner on the first visit, to make sure they are comfortable with pets. If so, normally just a quick introduction is required. In some cases, we do ask that your pet be either put outside or tied up. Please discuss this with your cleaner on the first visit.
You do not need to contact us before each recurring cleaning session. Our experienced team will schedule the relevant recurring cleaning sessions at a time and date that is convenient for you.
